1. Services Provided
All County Toilets offers rental services for portable toilets, dumpsters, and related sanitation equipment within our service areas. Services include:
- Delivery and pickup of equipment
- Scheduled and emergency maintenance
- On-site customer support (where applicable)
2. Rental Agreements
By placing an order, you agree to:
- Complete a signed rental agreement or confirm via authorized digital form
- Provide a valid payment method
- Ensure access to a suitable placement location
Minimum rental period is 1 day unless otherwise specified. Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise arranged in writing
- We accept all major credit cards and approved business checks
- Returned checks are subject to a $50 fee
- Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month (18% annually)
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees
- Same-day cancellations may incur a 50% service fee
- No-shows or denied access on delivery may result in full charge
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing unobstructed, legal access for equipment placement and removal
- Ensuring equipment is not moved, damaged, or tampered with
- Not disposing of hazardous or restricted materials in dumpsters
- Reporting any issues or damage promptly
6. User Conduct (Website)
You agree not to misuse the All County Toilets website. Prohibited activities include:
- Attempting to interfere with the website's functionality
- Uploading harmful or malicious code
- Using content for unauthorized commercial purposes
7. Liability Disclaimer
All County Toilets is not liable for:
- Property damage during delivery or pickup unless due to proven negligence
- Injuries caused by improper use of rented equipment
- Delays or service disruptions caused by events outside our control
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected rental service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
9. Modifications
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review them regularly.
